Mental Health Advocate Training
The Mental Health Advocate Training is a 4-hour training that equips leaders and decision-makers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to identify the signs of a mental health struggle, provides a framework of how to respond empathetically to a team member who may be struggling with their mental health, and how to connect them to support resources. A Mental Health Advocate plays a key role in transforming support for mental health in their organization.
