Adult-to-Adolescent Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is an internationally acclaimed evidence-based program that equips individuals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to identify, understand, and respond to someone who may be struggling with their mental health or who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. The Adult-to-Adolescent MHFA training is a 10-hour course, with accreditation valid for three years from the completion date.
